  • ORDERS: We accept orders via email, telephone, or verbally.
  • PRICES: Gross prices, with a fixed discount scale, are stated in euros, excluding tax, and are valid until revoked.
  • TERMS OF DELIVERY:For export, goods are delivered EX WORKS Metlika unless otherwise agreed. Delivery within Slovenia is free of charge for orders valued at 200 EUR or more (excluding VAT). The delivery period begins on the date of our order confirmation and does not include the transport time unless otherwise arranged. All complaints must be reported within seven days of receiving the goods.
  • PAYMENT: All payments must comply with the conditions stated in our offer (proforma invoice) or in a valid  business cooperation agreement. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • RIGHT OF PROPERTY: Until payment is made in full, the goods remain the property of Evrostroj d.o.o.. In case of late payment or financial difficulties we reserve the right to demand the return of the goods. The buyer is obliged to treat the goods in accordance with the stated property rights and to comply with them.
  • COMPLAINTS: If the parties cannot reach an agreement regarding a dispute, the matter falls under the jurisdiction of the court of in Novo mesto.
  • WARRANTY: We assume no responsibility for any damage resulting from transport, installation, or maintenance. In the event of defects originating from our production, we will supply a replacement part as soon as possible.
    • Stainless steel does not guarantee that steel products will not rust. Certain chemical compositions—especially substances containing chlorine, cleaners, sulphites (sulphur), concentrated acids, and alkalis—can cause corrosion. Rusting of stainless steel can also occur through contact with plain steel, most commonly through tools, screw parts, galvanized transport containers, and shelving in transport vehicles. Regularly maintain stainless steel surfaces with commonly available oils or fats. Please do not hesitate to contact us if any issues arise.
  • CLAUSE: All complaints must be reported within eight days of receiving the goods, and complainst regarding delivered quantities within two working days of receiving the shipment. In cases of incorrect orders or returned products we will charge 30 % of the product value of the returned goods or 10 EUR minimum, excluding tax. We do not accept returns or replacements of custom-made products. By submitting payment or providing written confirmation of the offer, you agree to the sales conditions of Evrostroj d.o.o..
